The question of how it all began may be debated by some, but to the Scot, there is no doubt where the game of golf was developed centuries ago–and that no Highland Festival would be complete without it! Join us for the Fred Thayer Memorial Golf Tournament at the beautiful Thousand Acres Lakeside Golf Club. Foursomes are welcome. Food and beverages. And, oh yes–wear your kilt!
Flag Prizes for laddies and lassies. Golfers in 2010 had a chance to win a Flying Scot sailboat and trailer with a hole in one thanks to Flying Scot, Inc., Deer Park, MD.
